Limited Speed Zone Declared
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice that the road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of the Traffic Regulations 1956.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for a resting place for travelling stock over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Authorisation of the Exchange of Parts of a Reserve for Other Land

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Opotiki Borough Council and Change of the Purpose of a Reserve to Recreation Purposes and Addition of the Reserve to the Opotiki Domain
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Opotiki and changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for night soil depot purposes to a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, declares the said reserve to be a public domain subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to form part of the Opotiki Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.
