PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the the date of this Order in Council, become county road.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that portion of Torehape Road situated in Block VIII, Piako Survey District, and Block V, Waihou Survey District, Hauraki Plains County, commencing at the south-western corner of Section 19 of the aforesaid Block VIII, Piako Survey District, and proceeding thence in a north-easterly direction generally for approximately 4 miles 13 chains and terminating at a point approximately 13 chains in a generally south-westerly direction from the south-eastern corner of Section 111A of the aforesaid Block V, Waihou Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plans marked M.O.W. 18957 (S.O. 22616), M.O.W. 18958 (S.O. 25976 Sheet 2), and M.O.W. 18956 (S.O. 20460) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A-B, B-C, and C-D respectively.
