of November 1964
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and the Electric
Power Boards Act 1925, His Excellency the Governor-
General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- This order may be cited as the Horowhenua Electric
Power Board Electric Lines Licence 1964. - Subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, the
Horowhenua Electric Power Board (hereinafter referred to
as the licensee) is hereby authorised to lay, construct, put up,
place, and use electric lines, and to construct electric works
within the area of supply described in the Schedule hereto. - The conditions directed to be implied in all licences by
the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935 and the Electrical
Wiring Regulations 1961 shall be incorporated herein and
shall form part of this licence, except in so far as they
may be inconsistent with the provisions of this licence. - The licence hereby conferred is subject to compliance
by the licensee with the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935,
the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961, the Radio Interference
Regulations 1958, and with all regulations made in amendment
thereof or in substitution therefor, except in so far as
they may be inconsistent with the provisions of this licence. - The systems of supply shall be as described in paragraphs (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), and (h) of regulation
21-01 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935. - This licence shall, unless it is sooner lawfully determined,
continue in force until the 31st day of March 1985. - The Order in Council dated the 4th day of February
1959 and published in the Gazette, on the 19th day of the
same month at page 168, authorising the licensee to use
electric lines is hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
AREA OF SUPPLY
THE Horowhenua Electric Power District, as defined in the
Schedule to the Proclamation dated the 29th day of November
1921, and published in the Gazette, on the 1st day of December 1921.

Amending an Order in Council Appointing Five Non-elective
Members of the Hauraki Catchment Board

PURSUANT to the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act
1941, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby
amends the Order in Council dated the 3rd day of August
1949, and published in Gazette, 4 August 1949, Volume 11,
page 1624, appointing five non-elective members of the
Hauraki Catchment Board, by deleting "Conservator of
Forests, State Forest Service, Auckland," and substituting
"District Ranger, New Zealand Forest Service, Thames."

PURSUANT to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His Ex-
cellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and
declares that the access way described in the Schedule hereto
shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, vest in
the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of
Putaruru, and be under the control and management of the
Putaruru Borough Council.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of access way containing 1.9 perches situated
in Block X, Patetere North Survey District, Borough of
Putaruru, being Lot 28, D.P. 8714, and being part Mangakeretu
