PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development
of water power (Lake Taupo and the Waikato River Power
Scheme).

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road
the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also
hereby allocate the land described in the Second Schedule
hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section
29; and also hereby proclaim that the land described in the
said Second Schedule hereto and the portions of closed road
described in the Third Schedule hereto shall vest in Alexander
Keith, John Alexander Keith, and Graham George Keith, of
Ikamatua, farmers; and also hereby proclaim that the portion
of closed road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto shall
vest in Ronald Henry Dowie, of Ikamatua, farmer.
