A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 16 of the Reserves and Other Lands Disposal Act 1960, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare that as from the 1st day of December 1964 the lands described in the First and Second Schedules hereto shall be deemed to be vested in Her Majesty as Crown land subject to the provisions of the Land Act 1948.
