WHANGAREI HARBOUR BOARD
AMENDED NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, that the Whangarei Harbour Board proposes, under the provisions of the said Act, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for harbour works, namely for a catchment area.
Notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Secretary to the said Whangarei Harbour Board, situated in Quay Street, Whangarei, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during office hours.
Notice is hereby further given that all persons affected by the taking of such land who have any well grounded objections to the taking of the said land must set forth their objections in writing and send the same within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Secretary, Whangarei Harbour Board, Quay Street, Whangarei.

MOUNT WELLINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Consent to Departure From Mount Wellington District Scheme
It is hereby notified that on the 30th day of October 1964, the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board consented to a specified departure from the provisions of the Mount Wellington Borough Council’s Operative District Scheme, pursuant to an application made by Mono Flexible Packaging Ltd., by permitting the applicant company to use the land described in the Schedule hereto for light engineering purposes including the manufacture of light machinery and the maintenance of the plant and machinery used by the applicant company, notwithstanding that the said land is situated in an Industrial “B” Zone and shall remain within such zone.

THAT piece of land shown edged in green on the diagram annexed to the said decision of the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, being part Lot 3, D.P. 38946, and part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 1990, folio 40 (North Auckland Registry).

MOUNT HERBERT COUNTY COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Public Notification of the Mount Herbert County District Scheme
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that pursuant to a resolution of the Mount Herbert County Council made on the 24th day of May 1963, a district scheme has been recommended for approval under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953. The scheme relates to the Mount Herbert County. The scheme has been deposited in the Council Office, 90 Hereford Street, councillor Tinniswood’s residence at Purau, the Community Centre at Governors Bay, and at the office of E. O. Sinclair, Registered Surveyor, 178 Manchester Street, in accordance with section 22 (1) of that Act and is there open for inspection, without fee, to all persons interested therein at any time when the above places are open to the public.
Objections to the scheme or to any part thereof shall be in writing in form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, and shall be lodged at the office of the council at any time not later than three months from the date of this public notification. At a later date every objection shall be open for public inspection, and any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the County Clerk in writing within the period of which public notice will be given.

MOUNT MAUNGANUI BOROUGH COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Review of the Mount Maunganui Borough Operative District Scheme Approved
PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, public notice is hereby given that the review of the district scheme under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, for the Borough of Mount Maunganui, was approved by the council by resolution passed at its meeting held on the 17th day of November 1964, after all objections, appeals, and arbitrations relating to the scheme had been disposed of and the scheme had been amended to give effect to all objections and appeals allowed and all amendments of the district scheme required by the board had been incorporated. The council has also resolved that the reviewed scheme shall come into operation on the 3rd day of December 1964.
Copies of the scheme as approved have been deposited in the council’s office and every Public Library in the district and may be inspected, without fee, by any person who so requires at any time when these places are open to the public.

THE CHARITABLE TRUSTS ACT 1957
NOTICE OF APPROVAL OF SCHEME
IN the matter of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 and in the matter of the trusts contained in Deed of Conveyance, dated 16 July 1870, affecting the Church Property Trustees, notice is hereby given pursuant to section 54 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, that the Supreme Court at Christchurch has on the 9th day of November 1964 approved of a scheme submitted by the Church Property Trustees for disposal of a certain trust fund amounting to approximately £530. The said scheme provides that after payment of the costs of the proceedings the balance with any accrued interest thereon shall be applied by the Church Property Trustees in and towards alterations to the Parish Hall in the Anglican Parish of Rangiora.
