Declaring Land Taken for an Automatic Telephone Exchange in Blocks I and V, Southbridge Survey District
Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an automatic telephone exchange from and after the 30th day of November 1964.

Declaring Land Subject to a Fencing Agreement and an Easement Over Land, Taken for a Post Office in the Borough of New Lynn
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the agreement as to fencing contained in memorandum of transfer 244629, North Auckland Land Registry, for a post office, and that a right of way easement is hereby taken for the purposes of a post office over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the full and free right, liberty, license, and authority in perpetuity to use a right of way with the rights for herself, her servants, agents, workmen, licensees, and invitees from time to time and at all times by day and by night to go, pass, and repass with or without horses and domestic animals of any kind and with or without carriages, vehicles, motor vehicles, machinery, and implements of any kind over and along the said land and to maintain, repair, and keep open such right of way, the said easement to be held appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto from and after the 30th day of November 1964.
