Declaring Land Taken, Subject as to Part to Certain Rights, for Teachers' Residences in the Borough of Thames

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject as to the land first described to mining rights created in conveyance No. 112467, for teachers’ residences from and after the 30th day of November 1964.
