Price Order No. 1959 (Amendment No. 4 of Price Order No. 1943) (Eggs)
PURSUANT to the Control of Prices Act 1947, I, John Henry Tuohy, pursuant to a delegation from the Secretary of Industries and Commerce acting under a delegation from the Price Tribunal, hereby make the following order:
- This order may be cited as Price Order No. 1959 and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 1943* (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).
- This order shall come into force on the 21st day of November 1964.
- The principal order is hereby amended by revoking the First and Second Schedules thereto, and substituting the following Schedules.
