IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of R. D. Johnston Ltd. (in liquidation), the liquidator of R. D. Johnston Ltd., which is being wound up voluntarily, doth hereby fix 10 December 1964 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Act or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved, or as the case may be, from objecting to such distribution.

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of H. T. Blake and Sons Ltd. “That the books and papers of the company and of the liquidator be kept in the custody of the liquidator for a period of five years from the passing of this resolution.”
