Road Closed by Order of the Maori Land Court

NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to section 425 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Land Court has made an order dated 2 July 1964, firstly declaring closed those pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto and secondly, including such closed road in the title of the Maraehako C 3D Block.

Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1954—Proposed Cancellation of Registration of Industrial Union

PURSUANT to section 85 of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1954, it is hereby notified that the registration of the Wellington (Meat Export Co.) foremen and boardwalkers Industrial Union of Workers, Registered No. 2122, situated at 33 Wakefield Street, Ava, Lower Hutt, will, unless cause to the contrary is shown, be cancelled on the expiration of six weeks from the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette.

Plants Declared Noxious Weeds Within the Borough of Taupo

PURSUANT to section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, and to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture under section 9 of the Department of Agriculture Act 1953, for the purposes of the said section, the following special order, made by the Taupo Borough Council on the 28th day of September 1964, is hereby published.

SPECIAL ORDER
THAT in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Taupo Borough Council hereby resolves by way of special order, that the following weeds be and are hereby declared to be noxious weeds within the Borough of Taupo:
