Appointment of Te Awamutu Free Kindergarten Association
Incorporated to Control and Manage a Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby appoints
the Te Awamutu Free Kindergarten Association Incorporated
to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule
hereto subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve
for education (pre-school) purposes.

Zealand to Control and Manage a Reserve

The Boy Scouts Association of New Zealand

a Scout hall.

PURSUANT to Section 103A of the Land and Income Tax Act
1954, the Minister of Finance hereby declares the drought
in the under-mentioned localities during the spring of 1964
and so far as it extends thereto during the summer of
1964-65, to be an event, happening, or cause (within the
meaning of those words as used in subsection (5) of the
said section) adversely affecting farms or livestock generally
in those localities.
