Land Set Apart as Provisional State Forest Declared to be Subject to the Land Act 1948

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 19 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, acting on the joint recommendation of the Minister of Lands and of the Minister of Forests, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto being portion of provisional State forest set apart by Proclamation dated the 11th day of October 1920, and published in Gazette, 14 October 1920, Volume III, page 2845, is required for settlement purposes; and in accordance with the provisions of the said Act such land shall, from and after the day of the gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional State forest land and shall become Crown land available for sale, lease, reservation, or other disposition under the provisions of the Land Act 1948.


SCHEDULE

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT

PART Reserve 1650 situated in Block II, Mount Douglas Survey District: Area, 1 rood 23·9 perches, more or less. As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 16/1245, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red (S.O. Plan 5192).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of November 1964.

Declaring Land in Canterbury Land District Vested in the Canterbury Education Board as a Site for a Public School to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Canterbury Education Board as a site for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

SECTION 11, Hei Hei Settlement situated in Block IX, Christchurch Survey District: Area, 3 acres and 5 perches, more or less. (Also shown as Lot 11, D.P. 5704.) All certificate of title, Volume 595, folio 2 (S.O. Plan 5693).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of November 1964.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of November 1964.

ALL those pieces of land situated in the Puketi Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Havelock North as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of November 1964.
