PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby (a) Declares the pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government Road, and (b) Stops the said road.

PURSUANT to section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby approves of the resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the 13th day of May 1964 and set out in the First Schedule hereto, in so far as it affects the side and portion of street described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
THE Wellington City Council being the local authority having control of the streets in Wellington City, by resolution declares that the provisions of section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, shall not apply to the northern side of the portion of Garrett Street adjoining part Section 150, Town of Wellington, being all (or part) of the land in certificate of title, Volume 121, folio 113, Wellington Registry, as is more particularly shown on the plan annexed hereto.
SECOND SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
THE northern side of all that portion of street situated in the City of Wellington, known as Garrett Street, fronting part Section 150, City of Wellington; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18787 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

PURSUANT to section 175 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Northcote Borough Council to reclaim from the bed of the Waitemata Harbour at Little Shoal Bay an area of 1 rood 24 perches, more or less, as shown coloured green on plan marked M.D. 11895, and deposited in the office of the Marine Department, at Wellington.

PURSUANT to section 165 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby grants to the Manukau County Council (hereinafter called the council) control of part of the foreshore as described in the First Schedule hereto, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Second Schedule hereto.
