The Standards Act 1941-Specification Declared to be a Standard Specification
FURSUANT to the provisions of the Standards Act 1941, and the regulations made thereunder, the Minister of Industries and Commerce, on 23 October 1964, declared the undermentioned specification to be a standard specification:
Number and Title of Specification: NZSS 1880:1964 Replaceable sheathed immersion heating elements for portable water heating appliances. (Superseding NZSS 599.)
Price of Copy (Post Free): 3s.
Application for copies should be made to the N.Z. Standards Institute, Bowen State Building, Bowen Street, or Private Bag, Wellington C.1, or to the Government Bookshops at Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, Christchurch, or Dunedin.

The Standards Act 1941-Amendment of Standard Specification
Pursuant to the Standards Act 1941, and the regulations made thereunder, the Minister of Industries and Commerce, on 30 October 1964, amended the under-mentioned standard specification by the incorporation of the amendment shown hereunder:
Number and Title of Specification: NZSS 1900-Model building bylaw. Chapter 11: Special structures. Division 11.1:1964 Concrete structures for the storage of liquids.
Amendment: No. 1.
Application for copies of the standard specification so amended should be made to the N.Z. Standards Institute, Bowen State Building, Bowen Street, or Private Bag, Wellington C.1, or to the Government Bookshops at Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, Christchurch, or Dunedin.
Copies of the amendment will be supplied, free of charge, upon request.

Land Acquired as a Public Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, notice is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the said Act as a Reserve for historic purposes, to be known as the Mahoetahi Historic Reserve.
