Declaring a Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for a Quarry in Block I, Pahi Survey District, Waitomo County
PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by John Marshall, of Mataroa, farmer, under and by virtue of Crown lease, Volume 96, folio 34, Taranaki Land Registry, is hereby taken for a quarry from and after the 9th day of November 1964.

Declaring Land Together With and Subject to Right of Way and an Easement Over Land Taken for Post Office Purposes in the Borough of Blenheim
PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for post office purposes; and I also declare that an easement is hereby taken over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto vesting in Her Majesty the Queen full and free right, liberty, license, and authority in perpetuity to construct and use a right of way, with the right for Her Majesty's servants, agents, workmen, licensees, and invitees from time to time, and at all times hereafter, to pass, and repass, with or without horses or other animals or vehicles, over the said land, and to maintain, repair, and keep open the said right of way for the purpose of providing access to the land described in the said First Schedule such easement to be held appurtenant thereto, from and after the 9th day of November 1964.

Revoking Foreshore Licence in Lake Manapouri
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby gives notice that the licence granted on the 10th day of March 1963* authorising Comalco Power Ltd. to use and occupy a part of the bed of Lake Manapouri, as shown on plan marked M.D. 11396, and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, as a site for a floating works jetty is hereby revoked as from 15 August 1963.

Plants Declared Noxious Weeds in the County of Masterton
(Notice No. Ag. 8076)
PURSUANT to section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, and to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture under section 9 of the Department of Agriculture Act 1953, for the purposes of the said section, the following special order made by the Masterton County Council on the 8th day of September 1964, is hereby published.
SPECIAL ORDER
THAT, in pursuance and exercise of the powers, provisions, and authorities vested in that behalf by the Counties Act 1956 and the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, or otherwise enabling it in that behalf, the Council of the County of Masterton doth hereby by special order declare the plants mentioned in the Schedule hereto (being plants mentioned in the First Schedule of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950) shall be deemed to be noxious weeds within the County of Masterton and ordered to come into operation on the 1st day of December 1964.

(Notice No. Ag. 8075)
PURSUANT to section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, and to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture under section 9 of the Department of Agriculture Act 1953, for the purposes of the said section, the following special order, made by the Levels County Council on the 2nd day of September 1964 is hereby published.
SPECIAL ORDER
THAT, pursuant to section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Levels County Council hereby resolves, by way of special order, that the plants named in the Schedule hereto be declared noxious weeds within the County of Levels.

Describing the Boundaries of the Timaru Abattoir District and Specifying the Timaru City Council as the Controlling Authority of the Timaru Abattoir
(Notice No. Ag. 8072)
PURSUANT to section 15 (7) of the Meat Act 1939, and to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture for the purposes of the said section, notice is hereby given as follows:
- The Timaru Abattoir District shall henceforth comprise the districts of the following local authorities:
(a) The Timaru City Council;
(b) The Geraldine Borough Council;
(c) The Temuka Borough Council.
- The Timaru City Council shall continue to be the controlling authority of the Timaru Abattoir.
