State Housing Land Set Apart for the Purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 2 of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the State housing land, within the meaning of the Housing Act 1955, described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of November 1964.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 36 perches situated in Block XII, Waipara Survey District, Canterbury R.D., and being part Rural Section 9784, and part Lot 4, D.P. 453, being other part Rural Section 9784. Balance certificates of title, Volume 193, folio 238, and Volume 222, folio 240, Canterbury Land Registry; as the same is more particularly

delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18841 (S.O. 10229) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
