Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 3rd day
of February 1964
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets
apart the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule
hereto as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a burial
ground.

SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land situated and described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
1 0 0 Kiwitahi 3A 2A 2A, situate in Block II, Cambridge
Survey District.

Revocation of Order in Council Setting Apart Maori Freehold
Land as a Maori Reservation

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 3rd day
of February 1964
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 439 (5) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953,
His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes
the Order in Council made on 16 September 1959 and published
in Gazette, 24 September 1959, Volume III, page 1343,
and affecting the Maori freehold land set out in the Schedule
hereto.

SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land situated and described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
0 2 2 Tauhara Middle No. 4A, No. 1, No. 2B, Sections
89 and 90, situate in Block X, Tauhara Survey
District.

place for the common use and benefit of the Ngati Tawhaki
subtribe and other subtribes of the Waikato confederation.
