Declaring Land in the Nelson Land District to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to the Coal Mines Act 1925, the Minister of Mines hereby gives the following notice:

NOTICE

THE land described in the Schedule is hereby declared to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

SCHEDULE

ALL that area of land containing 28 acres 2 roods 28 perches, more or less, being Section 25, Block IV, Kawatiri Survey District and being all the land in certificate of title, Volume 22, folio 68 (Nelson Land Registry).

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for gravel purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the New Plymouth City Council

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of New Plymouth, in trust, for that purpose.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Invercargill City Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve
