of the Wellington-Napier via Woodville Railway (Portion
of Rimutaka Tunnel Deviation)

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, The Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 23rd day
of February 1949, published in Gazette, 24 February 1949,
Volume I, at page 619, and registered as No. 3990 Wellington
Land Registry, defining the middle line of a portion of the
Wellington-Napier via Woodville Railway (portion of Rimu-
taka Tunnel Deviation) in so far as it affects the land described
in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 13·47 perches
situated in Block II, Rimutaka Survey District, being Lot 2,
D.P. 24428. All certificate of title, Volume B4, folio 1285,
Wellington Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 12th day of October 1964.

Defining the Middle Line of a Portion of the Northcote-
Albany Motorway in the City of Takapuna

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1947, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the middle line of a motorway desired to be
constructed in Blocks VIII and XIII, Waitemata Survey District,
viz., a portion of the Northcote-Albany Motorway, shall
be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto; and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only the land
situated within the limits shown coloured red on the plan
marked M.O.W. 18897 referred to in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
COMMENCING at a point in the middle of Northcote Road and
on the middle line of the Northcote-Albany Motorway as
described in Proclamation 15068 (now revoked in part by
Proclamation 19600) proceeding thence in a north-easterly
direction generally for a distance of approximately 17¼
chains, passing in, into, through, or over Northcote Road and
terminating at a point which bears 315° 39' for a distance
of 80·3 links to the south-east corner of Lot 1, D.P. 45670,
including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves,
roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and water-courses; as
the same is delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18897
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works, Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 23rd day of October 1964.

to Joseph Alphonsius Linstrom Martini, of Hari Hari, hotel-
keeper, and John Harrison Booth, of Hanmer, company
manager, by John James Morris, of Maruia Springs, hotel-
keeper of his rights, powers, and privileges under an Order in
Council dated the 21st day of November 1962, and published
in the Gazette on the 29th iday of the same month, at page
2149.
