Land Taken for a Sewerage Treatment Works in Block VII, Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a sewerage treatment works, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Taieri as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of November 1964.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 3 acres 2 roods 15·8 perches situated in Block VII, Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District, Otago R.D., being part Section 59; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18895 (S.O. 13510) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of October 1964.

Leasehold Estates in Land Taken for the Purposes of the Putaruru - Upper Atiamuri Railway in Blocks III and VIII, Patetere South Survey District

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land first and secondly described in the Schedule hereto, held by Allen Rouse, of Tokoroa, farmer, under and by virtue of Crown Lease, Volume 846, folio 75, South Auckland Land Registry, and the leasehold estate in the land thirdly described in the Schedule hereto, held by John Richard Harris, of Tokoroa, farmer, under and by virtue of Crown Lease, Volume 1251, folio 17, South Auckland Land Registry, are hereby taken for the purposes of the Putaruru - Upper Atiamuri Railway.
