Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land

utilisation from and after the 26th day of October 1964.

Fourth Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street, and that
the said pieces of land shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors,

to that effect having been entered into, the land
described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken subject to
the building-line restriction contained in K. 110660, North
Auckland Land Registry, for an electrical substation and shall
vest in the Auckland Electric Power Board from and
after the 26th day of October 1964.
