Reservation of Land and Declaration That Land be Part of Whataroa Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for scenic purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to form part of the Whataroa Scenic Reserve.

Reservation of Land and Declaration That Land be Part of the Trentham Memorial Park Domain

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to be a public domain subject to the provisions of Part III of the last-mentioned Act to form part of the Trentham Memorial Park Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Dunstan Downs Rabbit Board and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Dunstan Downs Rabbit Board and revokes the reservation for Rabbit Board buildings over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Notice Relating to the Use of Insecticides (Notice No. Ag. 8062)

Pursuant to regulations 3(2) of the Stock (Insecticides and Oestrogens) Regulations 1961,* notice is hereby given that the chemical specified in the Schedule hereto is approved for use in:

(a) Any room which is used for storing meat or game if no meat or game is present in the room at the time of application and the chemical is removed before any meat or game is placed in store in the room;

(b) Any yard or other premises attached to a slaughtering place, meat packing house, cannery, or game packing house.

Amorphous silica gel, with or without pyrethrin or piperonyl butoxide.
