EVIDENCE of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of certificate of title, H.B. Volume 105, folio 254 (Hawke's Bay Registry), containing 1 rood, more or less, situate in the Borough of Havelock North, being Lot 2, on Deposited Plan No. 6874, which said parcel of land comprises portion of Suburban Section 8, Havelock, in the name of Athol Miller Menzies, formerly of Havelock North, now of Taumnga, company manager, and Ivy Amelia Menzies, his wife, having been lodged with me together with an application (K. 189724) to issue a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

Ltd. (now known as Kaiapoi Petone Group Textiles Ltd.), was the lessee and the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington the lessor, and application having been made to me to dispense with the production of the said lease and pursuant to the provisions of section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, and to register the surrender of the said lease, I hereby give notice of my intention to dispense with production of the said lease and to register such surrender on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
