Licensing the Stewart Island Fish Packing and Storage Co.
Ltd. to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore at Half-
moon Bay, Stewart Island, as a Site for a Boatshed and
Slip
Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine
hereby licenses and permits the Stewart Island Fish Packing
and Storage Co. Ltd. (hereinafter called the licensee, which
term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context
requires a different construction), to use and occupy a part
of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Halfmoon Bay,
Stewart Island, as shown on plans marked M.D. 5427 and
M.D. 5502 and deposited in the office of the Marine Depart-
ment at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon
a boatshed and slip as shown on the said plans, such licence to
be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the
terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
- This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regula-
tions 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so
far as applicable, apply hereto. - The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day
of October 1964. - The premium payable by the licensee shall be three
pounds (£3) and the annual sum so payable ten pounds (£10).

Licensing the Gore Boat and Water Ski Club (Inc.) of Gore
to Use and Occupy a Part of the Bed of Lake Wakatipu, at
Kingston, as a Site for a Causeway, Rock Jetty, Launching
Ramp, and Ski Jump
Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine
hereby licenses and permits the Gore Boat and Water Ski
Club (Inc.) of Gore (hereinafter called the licensee, which
term shall include its successors or assigns unless the con-
text requires a different construction), to use and occupy a
part of the bed of Lake Wakatipu, at Kingston, as shown on
plan marked M.D. 11218 and deposited in the office of the
Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of main-
taining thereon a causeway, rock jetty, launching ramp, and
ski jump as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held
and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms
and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS - This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall,
so far as applicable, apply hereto. - This licence may be revoked at any time without liability
for compensation, after three calendar months' previous
notice in writing has been given to the licensee notifying the
intention to revoke the licence. - The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st
day of September 1964. - The premium payable by the licensee shall be £3 and the
annual sum so payable £5.

Releasing Land From the Provisions of Part XXIV of the
Maori Affairs Act 1953 (Maungarangi Development Scheme)
Pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the
Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares that on the date of
the publication of this notice in the Gazette, the land described
in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the pro-
visions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the said
land being so subject by virtue of a notice published in
Gazette, No. 67, Volume III, 23 October 1952, page 1730,
and registered as No. S. 41359.

Describing the Boundaries of the Dunedin Abattoir District
and Specifying the Dunedin City Council as the Controlling
Authority of the Dunedin Abattoir (Notice No. Ag. 8059)
Pursuant to section 15 (7) of the Meat Act 1939, and to
a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture for the pur-
poses of the said section, notice* is hereby given as follows: - The Dunedin Abattoir District shall henceforth comprise
the districts of the following local authorities:
(a) The Dunedin City Council;
(b) The Green Island Borough Council;
(c) The Mosgiel Borough Council;
(d) The Port Chalmers Borough Council;
(e) The St. Kilda Borough Council;
(f) The West Harbour Borough Council;
(g) The Palmerston Borough Council;
(h) The Waikouaiti Borough Council; and
(i) The Milton Borough Council. - The Dunedin City Council shall continue to be the
controlling authority of the Dunedin Abattoir.
