Declaring Land Taken, Subject to Fencing Agreements, for Maori Housing Purposes in the City of Hamilton and Revoking Previous Declaration

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby revokes the declaration dated the 2nd day of June 1964, and published in Gazette, 25 June 1964, No. 39, page 1042, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Hamilton as No. S. 288616 declaring land taken subject to fencing agreements for Maori housing purposes in the City of Hamilton, and hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken subject as to the land first described to the fencing agreement contained in Transfer S. 280466 and, as to the land secondly described, to the fencing agreement contained in Transfer S. 171691, South Auckland Land Registry, for Maori housing purposes from and after the 12th day of October 1964.

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby revokes the declaration, dated the 4th day of May 1964, and published in Gazette, 21 May 1964, Volume II, page 848, declaring land taken, together with and subject to certain rights, for Maori housing purposes in the City of Hamilton and revoking previous declaration and hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken subject to the building-line restriction imposed by special order S. 264332 and subject also, as to Lot 7, D.P. S. 8456, to the right of way created by transfer S. 259156 and subject to and together with the rights of way created by transfer S. 267023, South Auckland Land Registry, for Maori housing purposes from and after the 12th day of October 1964.
