Pursuant to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby (a) declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road, and (b) stops the said road.

All that piece of road containing 1 acre and 32.6 perches, situated in Block VII, Otamatea Survey District, North Auckland R.D., and adjoining or passing through Section 3 and part Oneroa and Te Topuni D Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18770 (S.O. 44460) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, and with the consent of the licensee, hereby revokes the Order in Council dated the 19th day of May 1954, and published in the Gazette, on the 27th day of the same month, at page 894, authorising Tracy Melvin Kevin McCarthy, of Wangapeka, Nelson, sheepfarmer, to use water for the purpose of generating electricity, the rights, powers, and privileges under the said Order in Council having been assigned to Dan Nettleton.
