State Housing Land Set Apart for the Purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 2 of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the State housing land, within the meaning of the Housing Act 1955, described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935.

Defining the Boundaries of the Cambridge Electric Power District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby define the boundaries of the Cambridge Electric Power District, as set out in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, Waipa, Waikato, and Matamata Counties and Cambridge Borough bounded by a line commencing at Trig. Station 50 (Pukemoremore) in Block I, Cambridge District, and proceeding generally easterly along the generally northern boundaries of Sections 35s, 109s, and 103s, Te Miro Settlement, to and generally south-easterly along the generally north-eastern boundaries of the aforesaid Section 103s, Sections 42s (Quarry Reserve, Gazette, 1922, page 3111), part 34s (Quarry Reserve, Gazette, 1939, page 1488), and 99s, all of Te Miro Settlement, to a point due north of the northernmost corner of Section 95s of the aforesaid settlement; thence by a right line across a public road to that northernmost corner, to and generally easterly and generally southerly along the generally northern and generally eastern boundaries of the said Section 95s, to and generally south-easterly along the generally north-eastern boundaries of Lot 2, D.P. S. 1807, Sections 39s and 10s, Te Miro Settlement, and that last-mentioned boundary produced across Maungakawa Road to meet the generally north-western boundary of Section 4s of the above settlement; thence generally north-easterly along that boundary, to and generally south-easterly along the generally north-eastern boundaries of the said Section 4s and Section 76s, Te Miro Settlement, to meet the production south-westerly of the north-western boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 22079; thence to and along that boundary and the generally north-western boundary of part Lot 1, D.P. 22079, to and south-easterly along the north-eastern boundary of that part Lot 1, to and generally south-easterly along the generally south-western side of a public road, to and generally southerly and generally westerly along the generally eastern and generally southern boundaries of the aforesaid part Lot 1, to and south-easterly along the north-eastern boundaries of Lot 1 and part Lot 2, D.P. 22739, Lot 2 of Section 2, and Section 5, Block VIII, Cambridge Survey District, crossing an intervening public road, Section 8, Lot 3 of Lot 2 of Section 2 and Section 9, again crossing an intervening public road, the last-mentioned sections being in Block XI, Cambridge Survey District, to the southernmost corner of that last-mentioned section; thence by a right line south-easterly across Buckland’s Road, to meet the north-eastern boundary of Lot 7A, Deeds Plan C 36; thence south-easterly along that boundary and its production to the generally southern side of a public road, situated in Block XI, Cambridge Survey District; thence generally easterly along that roadside to and generally south-easterly along the generally south-western boundary of part Lot IV on D.P. 22363, to and generally southerly along the generally eastern boundary of part Lot IV on D.P. 3300, and its production to the middle of the Mangahane Stream; thence generally southerly and south-westerly down the middle of that stream, and the production of that middle line to a point in the middle of the Waikato River, situated in Block XV, Cambridge Survey District; thence north-westerly down the middle of that river to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of the Pukekura Parish; thence south-westerly to and along the said parish boundary to Trig. Station 52 (Pukekura); then south-easterly along the north-eastern boundaries of Pukekura 18B 1c, 18B 1b, 18B 1a, and 18B 2 Blocks, and south-westerly along the south-eastern boundary of the last-mentioned block to its southernmost corner; thence south-easterly along the south-western boundaries of parts Pukekura 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14 Blocks, to the southernmost corner of the last-mentioned block; thence south-easterly along a right line in a direction of Trig. Station 1427 (Maungatautari) to its intersection with the eastern boundary of Maungatautari 3A 5A 8 Block; thence south-westerly along the north-western boundary of Maungatautari 3A 5A 7 Block (Maungatautari Mountain Scenic Reserve, Gazette, 1927, page 3537), to and westerly along the southern boundary of Maungatautari 3A 5A 1 Block to the easternmost corner of part Lot 4, D.P. 12622, crossing an intervening public road; thence south-westerly and generally north-westerly along the south-eastern and generally south-western boundaries of the said part Lot 4, and Lot 1, D.P. 33188, to and generally northerly and north-westerly along the generally eastern and north-eastern boundaries of Puahue Settlement, situated in Block V, Maungatautari Survey District, to the northernmost corner of Section 2s of the aforesaid settlement; thence south-westerly and generally north-westerly along the south-eastern and generally south-western boundaries of Section 1s Puahue Settlement, and the production north-westerly of the last-mentioned boundary to meet the generally south-western boundary of the Pukekura Parish, situated in Block III, Puniu Survey District; thence generally north-westerly and generally north-easterly along the said parish boundary, and its production to a point in the middle of the Waikato River; thence generally north-westerly down the middle of that river to its intersection with the production north-westerly of the middle line of the Mangaone Stream; thence to and up that middle
