Declaring Land Taken for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Block IX, Mount Robinson Survey District, Manawatu County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in the Manawatu Catchment Board from and after the 10th day of February 1964.

Declaring Land and a Right of Way over Land Taken for Post Office Purposes (Motumaoho Co-axial Cable Repeater Station) in Block XII, Komakorau Survey District, and Block IX, Maungakawa Survey District, Waikato County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for post office purposes (Motumaoho co-axial cable repeater station), and a right of way over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for post office purposes (Motumaoho co-axial cable repeater station), vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to construct and use a right of way with the right for Her Majesty's servants, agents, workmen, licensees, and invitees to go, pass, and repass with or without horses or other animals or vehicles over the land described in the said Second Schedule and to maintain, repair, and keep open the said right of way for the purpose of providing access to the land described in the said First Schedule, such right of way to be held appurtenant to the land described in the said First Schedule, from and after the 10th day of February 1964.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby revokes the Declaration, dated the 8th day of November 1963 and published in Gazette, 21 November 1963, No. 75, page 1874, declaring additional land taken for post office purposes (V.H.F. repeater station) in so far as it affects the land first described in the Schedule of the said Declaration, and hereby declares that, sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for post office purposes (V.H.F. repeater station) on and after the 10th day of February 1964.

Declaring Land and an Easement Over Land Taken for a Gravel Pit in Block VIII, Ikitara Survey District, Wanganui County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a gravel pit and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Wanganui as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and also hereby declares that an easement is hereby taken over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto vesting in the said body corporate full and free liberty, right, licence, and authority in perpetuity to use such land as a right of way with the right for the said body corporate, its tenants, agents, licensees, workmen, servants, invitees, and persons having business with it (and in common with the owners for the time being of the balance of the land in certificate of title, Volume 353, folio 5, Wellington Land Registry, their tenants, agents, licensees, workmen, servants, invitees, and persons having business with such owners) to go, pass, and repass over the said land, and to maintain, repair, reconstruct, and keep open the said right of way for the purpose of providing access to the land described in the First Schedule hereto, such easement to be held appurtenant thereto, from and after the 10th day of February 1964.
