A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation, dated the 23rd
day of February 1949, published in Gazette, 24 February
1949, Vol. I, page 619, and deposited in the Land Registry
Office at Wellington as No. 3990, defining the middle line of
portion of the Wellington-Napier via Woodville railway
(portion of Rimutaka Tunnel deviation) in so far as it
affects Lot 4, D.P. 24833, being part Section 221, Hutt
District, Block XIV, Akatarawa Survey District, and being
part of the land in certificate of title, Volume B 1, folio 1330,
Wellington Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 21st day of January 1964.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for river protection
purposes and shall vest in the Hutt River Board as from the
date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of
February 1964.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Christchurch-
Lyttelton Motorway (tunnel route).

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 5 acres 1 rood 26·8 perches
situated in Block XVI, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury
R.D., being part Rural Sections 388 and 966; as the
same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked

Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 10th day of February 1964.

All that piece of land containing 4 perches situated in
Block XIII, Tutamoe Survey District, North Auckland R.D.,
and being part Opanake 2K No. 2G Block; as the same is
