Tariff Notice No. 1964/71—Review of Former Tariff Concessions

NOTICE is hereby given that the approvals for entry of fabrics under item 180 (8) (a) of the former Tariff are cancelled with effect from 31 December 1964.

  1. Persons desiring the readmission of fabrics, at the concessionary rates of duty under Part II reference 11.0 of the Tariff now in force, should apply in writing to the local Collector of Customs. The date of the previous approval should be quoted on applications and a sample of the fabric attached.

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Secretary for Marine hereby gives notice that the licence granted to Southern Fisheries Ltd. on the 7th day of September 1963* is hereby assigned to National Mortgage and Agency Co. of New Zealand Ltd.
