Reservation of Land and Declaration that Land be Part of Punakaiki Scenic Reserve

Approving Organisation for Purpose of Controlling, Preventing, and Eradicating Hydatids in Area Comprising the Counties of Akitio, Eketahuna, Woodville, and Pahiatua, and the Boroughs of Eketahuna, Woodville, and Pahiatua (Notice No. Ag. 8052)

PURSUANT to section 19C of the Hydatids Act 1959, the Minister of Agriculture hereby approves the organisation named in the first column of the Schedule hereto for the purpose of controlling, preventing, and eradicating hydatids in the area set opposite the name of that organisation in the second column of the said Schedule.

Declaring a Public Reserve Vested in the Marlborough Hospital Board to be Crown Land
