Declaring Land in South Auckland Land District, Vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a Site for a Public School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a site for a public school shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
PART Lot 1, D.P. 9087, being part Okauia Number 1B Block, situated in Block VIII, Tapapa Survey District: Area, 3 acres 3 roods 38Β·4 perches. Balance certificate of title, Volume 219, folio 199. Subject to fencing covenant contained in Transfer 78530.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the lands described in the Schedule hereto, being areas vested in the Canterbury Education Board, as sites for public schools shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT
RESERVE 223, situated in Block XIV, Kaniere Survey District: Area, 2 acres and 2 roods, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 29, folio 60 (S.O. Plot Book 2120).
Reserve 295, situated in Block IX, Okuru Survey District: Area, 2 acres and 11 perches, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 29, folio 75 (S.O. Plan 3617).

Declaring an Area in the Auckland Acclimatisation District to be a Wildlife Refuge

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare the area described in the Schedule hereto to be a wildlife refuge in the Auckland Acclimatisation District for the purpose of the Wildlife Act 1953.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing at the northernmost corner of Lot 12, D.P. 17720, in Block XIII, Otahuhu Survey District, and proceeding due west to a point due south of the southernmost corner of Lot 2, D.P. 48867, on the left bank of the Puhinui Creek; thence due north to the mark of mean-high-water spring tides of the Manukau Harbour and easterly generally along that mark on the shores of the Manukau Harbour and the right bank of the Puhinui Creek to a point due west of the southernmost corner of Lot 2, D.P. 15363; thence along a right line to the said southernmost corner and southerly along the aforesaid mark of mean high water on the left bank of the Puhinui Creek and the shores of the Manukau Harbour to the point of commencement.
As is shown on plan numbered I.A. 46/29/373 and deposited in the Head Office, Department of Internal Affairs at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
