EVIDENCE of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of certificate of title, Volume 148, folio 77 (Taranaki Registry), in the name of Ivy Mary Tinkler, of Mokauhi, widow (as executrix), for 165 acres, more or less, being Section 2, Block IV, Aria Survey District, having been lodged with me together with application 136768 for the issue of a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

EVIDENCE having been furnished to me of the loss of outstanding duplicate of certificate of title, Volume 264, folio 8, Wellington Registry, in the name of Gwendoline Elizabeth Hicks, of Wellington, married woman, for 1 rod 0·3 perches, being part Section 95, Hutt District, and being also Lot 83, Deposited Plan 3605, and also outstanding duplicate of memorandum of mortgage 136775, whereof Her Majesty the Queen is mortgagee affecting all the land in the abovementioned certificate of title, Volume 264, folio 8, and application (605269 and 605581) having been made to me to issue a new certificate of title in lieu of the said certificate of title and to register a discharge of the said mortgage, I hereby give notice of my intention to dispense with production of the said mortgage and to register such discharge and to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
