  2. All that fee simple land containing 1 acre 3 roods 22·8 perches, being part of Lot 1, on Deposited Plan No. 4790, and being part of the land in certificate of title, H.B. 36/88. Registered proprietor: Whakaiti Rangi Karaitiana; and part of the land in certificate of title, A2/441. Registered proprietors: Moengaroa Foley and Teuira Ote Rangi Kamau equally.

And the Hawke's Bay and East Coast Aero Club Incorporated hereby gives notice that the land specified in the First Schedule and the land specified in paragraphs 1, 3, 4, and 5 of the Second Schedule and all the lands in the Fifth Schedule hereto shall be used only for farming, rural, or recreational, or other purposes other than residential, commercial, or industrial purposes, provided however that all Lot 8, Deposited Plan 8287, being all certificate of title, H.B. Volume 166, folio 182, may be used for residential purposes subject however to the restriction as to height and the growing of trees thereon set out in the First Schedule and provided that no further buildings shall be erected thereon exceeding in height 10 ft.

The Hawke's Bay and East Coast Aero Club Incorporated hereby gives notice that the notices published in the Gazette, of 25 March 1959, No. 19, page 403, and 5 December 1957, page 2264, are hereby revoked.

THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE

Subscriptions—The subscription is at the rate of £7 per calendar year, including postage, payable in advance.

Single copies available as issued.

The price of each Gazette varies and is printed thereon.

The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening of each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before 12 o'clock of the day preceding publication.

Advertisements are charged at the rate of 1s. per line.

The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.

All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, etc., should be written in a legible hand.

STATUTORY REGULATIONS

Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of general legislative force are no longer published in the New Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of the following arrangements:

(1.) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing) subscription £3 per calendar year in advance.

(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram, 50s. per volume. (Volumes for years 1936–37 and 1939–42 are out of print.)

(3) Separate regulations as issued.

The price of each regulation is printed thereon.
