PURSUANT to section 269 of the Companies Act 1955, notice is hereby given that, at an extraordinary general meeting of the company duly convened and held on the 3rd day of September 1964, the following special resolution was passed:
“That (1) H.B. Emergency Petrol Ltd. be wound up voluntarily.
(2) Albert Kenneth Leitch of Napier, public accountant is hereby appointed liquidator of the company.
(3) The company’s directors be empowered to fix the remuneration of the liquidator.”

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of the Pigeon Bay Co-operative Dairy Factory Co. Ltd. (in voluntary liquidation), notice is hereby given pursuant to section 269 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, that by special resolution of shareholders of the above company passed on the 26th day of August 1964, it was resolved that the company be wound up voluntarily and that John George Strack, of Christchurch, Public Accountant, of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator.
