Approval of Testing Officers Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940
Pursuant to regulation 5 of the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940,* the Minister of Transport hereby approves of the persons named in column 2 of the Schedule hereunder being testing officers under the said regulations for the authority specified in column 1 of the said Schedule.

Exemption Order Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940
Pursuant to the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940,* the Minister of Transport hereby orders and declares that the provisions of clause (1) of regulation 7 of the said regulations so far as they relate to the driving of heavy trade motors shall not apply to the person hereinafter mentioned, but in lieu thereof the following provision shall apply:
A motor driver's licence issued under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940* to the person described in column 1 of the Schedule hereunder may authorise him to drive a heavy trade motor in the course of his employment for the employer described in column 2 of the said Schedule, but shall not authorise him, while he is under the age of 18 years, to drive a heavy trade motor for any other purpose.

Dedication of a Road Reserve as a Street
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby dedicates the road reserve described in the Schedule hereto as a street.

Part Lot 26, D.P. S. 7515, being part Allotments 148 and 149, Kirikiriroa Parish situated in Block XIV, Komakorau Survey District: Area, 3 roods 15 perches, more or less. As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 16/999B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Declaration That a Reserve Form Part of the Murupara Domain
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares the reserve for recreation described in the Schedule hereto to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to form part of the Murupara Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

Declaration that Part of the Christchurch City and Suburban Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation Over the Said Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Christchurch City and Suburban Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act, and further, revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the said reserve.
