Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby
(a) Declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government Road, and
(b) Stops the said road.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of road containing 1·9 perches situated in Block IV, Maungakawa Survey District, adjoining or passing through Lot 4, D.P. S. 1223, being part Waokauri No. I Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 159166 (S.O. 39666) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 175 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Auckland Harbour Board to reclaim from the sea at Shore Road, Hobson Bay, an area of 4 acres 3 roods 29 perches, more or less, as shown edged red on plan marked M.D. 11866 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington.

Abolishing of Warden’s Court at Reefton
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
PURSUANT to the Mining Act 1926, I, Bernard Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby abolish the Warden’s Court at Reefton in the Westland Mining District as from the 11th day of September 1964.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 4th day of September 1964.
