Declaring Land to be Crown Land
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.

ALL that piece of land situated and described as follows:

11 0 12·3 Part Whakauma 2A Block (unsurveyed partition), situate in Blocks IX and XIII, Maketu Survey District; as shown on plan marked L. & S. 16/214 deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 2nd day of September 1964.

State Housing Land Set Apart for the Purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 2 of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the State housing land, within the meaning of the Housing Act 1955, described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935.

Land Held for Public Offices in the City of Napier Set Apart for the Purpose of a Service Lane

A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto was taken for public offices and vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Napier by a Proclamation dated 2 May 1947, and published in Gazette, 15 May 1947, Volume II, page 573.
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1952, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the said land is hereby set apart for the purpose of a service lane as from the 14th day of September 1964.

ALL those pieces of land situated in the City of Napier, Hawke’s Bay R.D., described as follows:

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18410 (S.O. 5359) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of August 1964.
