Declaring Land Taken, Together With and Subject to Certain Rights, for a Teacher's Residence in the Borough of Putaruru

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with the benefit of the right of way appurtenant thereto created by Transfer S. 280561 and subject to the fencing covenant contained in Transfer S. 280561, the building-line restriction imposed by notice S. 270887 and the rights of way created by Lease S. 274590 and Transfers S. 275534 and S. 280561, South Auckland Land Registry, for a teacher's residence from and after the 7th day of September 1964.
