Limited Speed Zone Declared

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice that the roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of the Traffic Regulations 1956.*

Additional Land at Glenore Taken for the Purposes of the Waitaki-Bluff Railway (Clarksville to Lawrence Branch)

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Waitaki-Bluff Railway (Clarksville to Lawrence Branch) from and after the 7th day of September 1964.

Reservation of Land

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for scenic purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to form part of the Punakaiki Scenic Reserve, to be administered as a scenic reserve by the Punakaiki Scenic Board.
