PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in land described in the Schedule hereto, held from the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland by Northern Automobiles Ltd., under and by virtue of memoranda of lease Nos. 20987, 20988, 20989, and 26842 North Auckland Land Registry is hereby taken for public buildings of the General Government from and after the 31st day of August 1964.
