In the Notice of Intention to Assign Place Names by the New Zealand Geographic Board published in the Gazette, No. 49, dated 13 August 1964, on page 1303 et seq.
(a) Under North Auckland Land District and opposite “Mill Point”, for “Block V” Titirangi Survey District, read “Block X” Titirangi Survey District.
(b) Under Nelson Land District, for “Ohwai Bay”, read “Owhai Bay”.
(c) Under Westland Land District, for “Korupuku Creek”, read “Koropuku Creek”.

Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule as permanent State forest land.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—NELSON CONSERVANCY
SECTION 94, Block X, Kaiteriteri Survey District, Waimea County: Area; 114 acres 1 rood, more or less. As shown on plan No. 102/50 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red (S.O. Plan 3859).

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 31st day of August 1964.

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public transport bus shelter, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Dunedin as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 31st day of August 1964.
