Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.

ALL that land situated and described as follows:

Declaring Land in the North Auckland Land District, Vested in the Auckland Education Board as a Site for a Public School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the North Auckland Education Board as a site for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same, at the date hereof.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Hawke’s Bay Education Board, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Southland Education Board, as sites for public schools shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT
SECTION 23 and part Section 27, Block III, Nuhaka North S.D: Area, 4 acres 3 roods 24·1 perches, more or less. As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 6/6/489A deposited in the Head Office Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
