Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of
water power (Takapu Road Substation) from and after the
17th day of August 1964.

shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City
of Tauranga from and after the 17th day of August 1964.

site, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waimate from and after the 17th day of
August 1964.
