Declaring Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for a Secondary School in the Borough of Oamaru

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in land described in the Schedule hereto held by Ethel May Tyson under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 9489, Otago Land Registry, for a term of 21 years, is hereby taken for a secondary school from and after the 17th day of August 1964.
