CORRIGENDUM
IN a Proclamation, dated the 27th day of May 1964 and published in Gazette, 18 June 1964, No. 37, page 997, proclaiming land as road and road closed and vested in Ernst Scheidegger, of Kereone, farmer, in Block XI, Maungakawa Survey District, for the name Ernest Scheidegger, in the preamble to the Proclamation, read Ernst Scheidegger, which last-mentioned spelling is correct and which appears in the Proclamation signed by His Excellency the Governor-General.
Dated at Wellington this 20th day of July 1964.

Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.

Declaring Lands in North Auckland, Wellington, and Canterbury Land Districts Vested in the Auckland, Wellington, and Canterbury Education Boards as Sites for Public Schools to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Auckland Education Board, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Wellington Education Board, and the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Canterbury Education Board, as sites for public schools, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.
FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL the land shown on D.P. 19409, being part Section 38, Block X, Mangamuka Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 444, folio 290. Also Section 72, Block X, Mangamuka Survey District.
