Approval of Red Reflectors for Heavy Motor Vehicles Being
Goods-service Vehicles in Terms of the Traffic Regulations
1956
PURSUANT to regulation 41 (4) of the Traffic Regulations 1956,* the Commissioner of Transport hereby approves for the purposes of the said regulations the red reflectors of the make and type described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
TAIL lamp assemblies incorporating reflex red reflectors manufactured by Joseph Lucas Ltd., England, and having the lenses marked “Cav Lucas England L 723 B.S. 2515 Grade 2 (British Standards Mark) B.S. 2516 Grade 1 (British Standards Mark)”.
Tail lamp assemblies incorporating reflex red reflectors manufactured by Joseph Lucas Ltd., England, and having the lenses marked “Cav Lucas England L 713 B.S. 2515 Grade 1 (British Standards Mark) B.S. 2516 Grade 1 (British Standards Mark)”.

Road Closed by Order of the Maori Land Court
NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to section 425 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Land Court has made an order dated 30 September 1963 declaring that piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a closed road and including such closed road in the title to the Pouto Topu Block, being an amalgamation order dated 23 November 1955, such title being amended accordingly.

ALL those areas of land situated in Block VIII, Te Kuri Survey District, described as follows:
