Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby authorises the exchange of that part of the reserve for recreation purposes described in the First Schedule hereto for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

PART Lot 64, D.P. 44298, being part Allotment 1, District of Tamaki, situated in Block II, Otahuhu Survey District: Area, 1 acre 1 rood 8·2 perches, more or less. Part certificate of title, Volume 1535, folio 70. As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 1/1107/1/12c deposited in the Head Office Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red (S.O. plan 44306).

SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

Lots 7 and 8, D.P. 40140, being parts Allotment 1, District of Tamaki, situated in Block II, Otahuhu Survey District: Area, 1 rood 26·2 perches, more or less. Part certificate of title, Volume 1177, folio 56. As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 1/1107/1/12c deposited in the Head Office Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged green.

Amendment to Rules of the Bay of Islands Acclimatisation Society

Pursuant to section 29 of the Wildlife Act 1953, the Minister of Internal Affairs hereby gives notice that he has approved certain amendments to the rules of the Bay of Islands Acclimatisation Society. The Amendments to the rules read as follows:

Rule 9 (1) (a) to be amended to read “Nineteen councillors” instead of “Eighteen councillors”.

Rule 9 (2) (a) the words “at least one councillor shall be resident within the sub-district of Ruapekapeka, Towai, and Maromaku” to be inserted after “Russell”.
