Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.
SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT—SOUTHLAND CONSERVANCY
SECTIONS 48, 64, and 65, Block VI, Rankleburn Survey District, Tuapeka County: Area, 32 acres 2 roods 39 perches, more or less. As shown on plan No. 204/83 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plans 6215 and 13381).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of July 1964.

PART Section 22, Block IV, Wakapuaka Survey District, Waimea County: Area, 9 acres 2 roods 29·6 perches, more or less. As shown on plan No. 103/49 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of July 1964.

Land Taken for Road and for a River Diversion in Block IV, Wairoa Survey District, Manukau County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a river diversion; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of August 1964.
FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block IV, Wairoa Survey District, North Auckland R.D., described as follows:

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 14·6 perches situated in Block IV, Wairoa Survey District, North Auckland R.D., and being part of Mataitai No. 1A 2B 2 Block; coloured sepia, edged sepia on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18685 (S.O. 42201) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of July 1964.
